Last week we were looking at onomatopoeia in poetry.We then watched a Batman fight scene (shown below) that used onomatopoeia and saw lots of different examples
We chose one word and tried to make it look like the words. Here are some examples of our work:

Nice work they look really effective!! Everyone did really cool ones and worked really hard on them. Here are some other words I found: boom, buzz, clunk, fizz, glug,hiss, oink, rip, slap,thud, whoosh and whirr!!
The words look very cool walking into the classroom. Everybody did a great job, some of them are very well done.
