Traditions

Derek shared with us a tradition that his family does at Easter time called CascarĂ³n. This is a tradition where his family paints eggs, hollows them out and fills them with confetti. Once you have made the eggs you then crack them above someones head, which is said to bring good luck. This tradition is also very popular in Mexico.

Thank you Derek for kindly making one for everyone in the class to enjoy your families traditions.

Does your family have a special tradition?
