Aerobics

Giving it a go
Last week Maria, Lucy and Hannah ran our classes fitness session.
Throughout the week they created and revamped an aerobics routine which the whole syndicate had to follow.
It was a fantastic performance which everyone enjoyed and participated.

Thanks very much for the great idea, effort and enthusiasm girls! Well done to everyone for giving it a go!!

  1. I thought it was kind of cool although it was a bit embarrassing for me. Over all I thought it was a very good way to decrease your waist line. (It wasn't hard at all but I realized it was more fitness than the run we did just before aerobics.

    1. It didn't take long to learn the movements. We learnt most of them last year in the dance module and during fitness.

  3. Interesting but not my kind of sport.
    Next time we could do something on another culture like a game that another culture plays?
