Over the last week we have learnt about how to write good "open" questions for when we interview our buddy. We then practised note taking when listening to someone speak. Then today we finally did the interview with our buddy.Tell me what skills you need to be a good interviewer?
To be a good interviewer you need to listen well. Also you need to ask open questions and ask more than one if you get a smaller answer. Make them feel warm then hopefully you will getbetter answers

To be a good interviewer you need to be a active listener, need to be able to take notes propely and fast. You also need to be polite and need to repeat what the person has said so you get the right info instead of getting the wrong stuff and twisting the story so it doesn't make sense or it's not true.

To be a good interviewer you need to ask open questions and be an active listener. You need to be kind and polite but persistent and firm at the same time. Another key attribute of a good interviewer is taking notes correctly and fast and asking appropriate questions, not silly ones or ones that aren't related to anything you want to find out.

You need to be a good listner and the key thing is to ask open questions if you need to add on the question to get a longer answer then do so. You also need to be able to take notes properly and quickly. You should not make fun of their answer respect that they mabey different.
