Onomatopoeia

Last week we were looking at onomatopoeia in poetry.We then watched a Batman fight scene (shown below) that used onomatopoeia and saw lots of different examples



We chose one word and tried to make it look like the words.

    Everyone did really cool ones and worked really hard on them.
    Here are some other words I found: boom, buzz, clunk, fizz, glug,hiss, oink, rip, slap,thud, whoosh and whirr!!
