Their clothing they are wearing the colours might be their countrys flag colours and the country is where they were born so i think that has something to do with culture.
It looks like they are doing a dance and they are wearing matching clothes which could symbolize their country's flag. I think it has something to do with their culture!! It might be some type of African culture??
Their skirts look like giant flags and they look like they might be having a small ceremony or something along those lines. I think the culture might be African or Jamaican or something like that.
