Athletics Day

Jordy, Caleb.Y, Mitchell and Jaeger competing in the 60m final.

On the 13^th of November it was a scorching hot day, Waimea Intermediate had their legendary Athletics Day.

Room 2 had a lot of successes. Tori, Madi, Jordy, Caleb Y and Mitchell were all in the track finals. A big congratulations to our very own Jaeger who won the 60 meter track event. Even though some of us didn’t make it into grandstand we all tried our hardest just like our relay team that came 4^th. All in all, we were all happy about our performances. The whole of room 2 felt like winners by home time.
